My name is Vicki Lau, Certified Nutrition Practitioner and owner of Health by Nutrition™, located at First Canadian Place, 56th floor. I have been practicing in the downtown core for 10 years. Working mainly with people employed in the downtown financial district, I specialize in counselling the stressed-out, time-strapped employee who wants to eat healthier but doesn’t have the knowledge, time or energy to implement changes on their own. With the understanding that our fast-paced lifestyles make it challenging to eat well, my advice is always practical, easyto-implement and yield results quickly.
